Update 1 is a go!

This update includes:

• More stratagems
• Introduction of Size Categories (SC) for explosions, to easily measure their size on the battlemap
• 'Death' blurb, to introduce the rules for dying and managing Reinforcements
• 'Radar' blurb, to introduce the mechanics for radar support from the player's Super Destroyers
• Grenade types being introduced
• Acknowledgements & credits on the back cover
• Reorganizing, typo fixes, and corrections

This version of the Lite Player Rules will be Version 0.7.5.
